Hard Hat Services (Hard Hat) is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthful workplace. Protection of our employees is a primary focus of Hard Hat and that is why we place so much importance on health and safety. Our dedication and pledge to each employee’s well being is the reason Hard Hat has been incident free for over five years!
Hard Hat believes safety must be a part of our culture. A culture that consists of shared values, practices, attitudes, and priorities. We have instilled this into our health and safety program, and more importantly, our culture.
Our comprehensive health and safety program includes physical and health screenings for every qualifying Hard Hat employee. To help meet our commitment to our employees and clients, we provide auditory, visual, spirometry, drug, alcohol, urine, and blood testing on a pre-employment, random, and annual basis. Our core program values center around accident prevention, attitude towards safety, risk awareness, and continual training.
